All about Heartburn!

A certain painful burning sensation in your chest will surely indicate acid reflux. Many people suffer from heartburn for many reasons. It arises when stomach acid leaks and irritates the esophageal lining.

    • Eat slowly. Frequently, eating slowly can help prevent heartburn. Put your fork down between bites, and avoid eating too hastily.
    • Try to wear loose-fitting clothing. Sometimes, belts and tight garments might trigger heartburn. You may be able to prevent heartburn by avoiding certain articles of clothing.
